Hampton Inn & Suites Winston-Salem Downtown

We loved the location. It was within walking distance of everything downtown. We had a great view of the park which looked beautiful and lit up for the holidays. The room was very comfortable.

The parking attendant was amazing. He really started our great experience at the hotel. He made recommendations to some great places to go and restaurants. All the staff throughout the hotel, along with Amanda the manager, were wonderful. They made our stay the best experience we have had in a very long time.

Very close to everything, literally next door to the children’s museum. Room was very nice and updated with a smart TV. Staff was fantastic, extremely nice and a pleasure to talk to.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was good too.

The parking lot was too tight in my room did not get clean the lady was outside my room where I left my room and that morning and it didn't get touched and then they kept the charging me stuff that I didn't know about and I had to call him twice but other than that it was great I enjoyed the room and the breakfast the first day was poor the second day was great I would like to thank the people for letting me stay there
